Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ndswellness.com and any content, features, or functionality offered.By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and “you” refers to both you and that organization.
What This Site Is
This Site is an informational and marketing resource. It describes the on-site and mobile health screening services that NDS Wellness provides to employers, fire departments, police departments, and other organizations.
Using this Site does not create a client relationship, a contract for services, or any obligation for us to provide services to you. Screening services are provided only under a separate written agreement between NDS Wellness and the engaging organization. If there is any conflict between these Terms and a signed services agreement, the signed agreement controls with respect to the services.

Content on this Site is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare provider.
Reading this Site, submitting a form, or communicating with us through the Site does not create a physician-patient, provider-patient, or any other clinical relationship.

Screening services are not diagnostic. Screening results identify indicators that warrant follow-up with a healthcare provider. They do not confirm or rule out any condition.
